Tivify is an audiovisual platform operated by TV Up Media Telecom SL (TVUP), and TVUP is an operator registered by the CNMC (National Commission of Markets and Competition) on 18 January 2018.
TVUP acts and has signed television distribution agreements based on the provisions of Law 7/2010, of 31 March, General Law on Audiovisual Communication as well as based on Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, of 12 April, approving the Consolidated Text of the Intellectual Property Law, harmonising the legal provisions in force on the matter.
TVUP's technological platform complies with the highest security standards required by world-class content owners in terms of DRM (Digital Rights Management) and geo-blocking.
TVUP received on 23 February 2021 the seal of INNOVATIVE SME issued by the MINISTRY OF SCIENCE AND INNOVATION.
