In order to delete your account you must first have an account with a Free plan. 

If you have a paid plan, you must downgrade your account to Free from https://www.tivify.es/es/my-account/ and when your account is already Free, the option to delete your account will appear, so you can enjoy the time you have left of your paid plan. 

We remind you that the Free plan is completely free.
