If you notice that you are missing some channels on your dial, the first thing to do would be to check on our website www.tivify.es to see if those channels are included in your plan and can be played on your device. 


If the channels are included in your plan and do not appear, it is possible that you have hidden them at some point by mistake.

To view them again, go to www.tivify.tv > my account > channel management and select the channels you have hidden to view them again.
