On IOS devices you can access the menu of a channel from the 'Channels' section, holding down on the channel you want, a menu will appear where you can restart, record or view the live programme file. 

Also, from this section you will see the option 'U7D' where you can see the contents broadcasted by that channel in the last 7 days. 

You can also be watching a content and click on the 3 scripts that appear on the top right of the screen, here you will have the possibility to change the language of the content you are watching, as long as this option is available, or move through the channels in an easier way if you are in a live programme.
