To cancel any payment plan you must make a plan change to FREE.

1. Log in to your user area at www.tivify.es

2. Go to the 'Subscription' section and select 'change plan'.

Select the FREE plan and finish the process.

4. Once the change has been completed, you will receive an email informing you of the change and when you will have your paid plan available and when you will change to the new FREE plan.

Once you are in the FREE plan you can delete your account if you wish from the same section.
