If you want to change the card associated with your subscription or add a new one to place an order in the shop, you must do so through tivify.co.uk, by logging into your account.

Go to the 'Subscription' section and click on 'Manage payment methods' > Change payment method.

On this page you will need to select the type of payment you wish to make, i.e. whether it is a card you wish to associate with your subscription or whether it is to purchase a product from our shop. Once selected click 'add payment'.

This will take you to our payment gateway where you must enter your card and you will be charged 0 euros just to associate it with your subscription. Once this 'payment' is launched it is important that you authorise it from your bank's app or you will not be able to associate the card.

Once the whole process is done, the card associated to your plan will have been changed.

This action will not incur any additional charges.
