Tivify's user interface is currently available in Spanish, English and Catalan for Android TV, iOS and Android ecosystems.  The architecture of the platform is prepared to expand the language offer of the APPs without any limit beyond the demand and the company's own available resources to deploy more languages.

The language of the program information in iGuideTV is determined by the language of the content. If we see the program card of a movie on Neox, for example, the language of the information is in Spanish because that is the language used by that channel. If we are consulting a program card of a movie on TV3, for example, in that case the language used is Catalan, since that is the channel's vehicular language.

The languages available in each program, both audio and subtitles, is determined by the languages available in the video that the content editor has seen fit to include. The platform cannot and should not modify in any way the integrity of the video as this is the sole and exclusive power of the program editor.

TV Up Media, as promoters of Tivify, we are staunch advocates of multiculturalism and work to constantly improve in this regard. Little by little, as we have more resources to do so, we will have all the platform's APPs in the languages used by its users. In a second phase, we will extend this policy to all the platform's management and customization points, such as the registration website, user account and communications.
